Qualcuno ha postato la traduzione in inglese sul gruppo The Ark Live Milano di facebook.

Breaking up with God
It deals with messages you carry with you since childhood. Things that adults have said and you h...ave misinterpreted and made you feel bad even as a grown up. In my case God is often a part in these misunderstandings/Ola.

Let your body decide
The first song that we recorded with Marco Manieri. Sylle had not yet joined the band but we needed a single for the tour as opening act for Kent. We had a tight dead line so I added drums the final night in a borrowed rehearsal space provided by Marco./Martin

It takes a fool to remain sane
There are people who don't know a word of English who can sing this song from beginning to end. They seem to understand it anyway. I would stand by just about any line in this lyric as an inscription on my grave stone./Ola

Echo Chamber
With this single I realised the magnitude of our break through. In many different age categories. An elderly gentleman confronted Ola with the question: Isn't this you, Echo, Echo?/ Leari

Joy surrender
I really love the fearless everything-at-once-attitude on the first album. It must have really hurt in many lo-fi-indie puritan's sensitive souls when this Mount Everest of a song captured the ether during a few months at the beginning of the millennium. This is the Producer Marco Manieri at the top of his ability. /Sylvester

Calleth you, cometh I
In correct Shakesperian English the line would have been "Callest you, Come I" which sounds totally weird? This slightly wrong version made it better. I wanted to communicate the feeling of running through the rain to your beloved. /Ola.

Father of a son
When I had added my guitars we discovered that the wrong meter had been used. The first thought was to redo it, but then we thought that it sounded cool with guitars slightly off. We just left it at that. /Martin.

Tell me this night is over
During the taping of the video of this song we were on a boat that never anchored, and I remember being in total need to take a leak during the whole time. /Leari.

Disease
This song has always been a favourite of mine and I know it is a favourite amongst fans as well. Even though it has a ghost like, thin and chilly feel to it I still stand there, happily singing along to the chorus. Simply, an Ark combination which I like. /Jepson.

One of us is gonna die young
It had been a huge hit in Scandinavia but ran into trouble in Italy. It was regarded as bad luck to play a song with such a morbid title on the radio. The title was therefore changed to "One of us" which didn't help much./Jens.

Clamour for glamour
For some reason we didn't manage to nail the guitar riff despite working with two different producers. We ended up recording it by ourselves in the basement of the Tambourine studio. We finally got the awesome guitar riff./Martin

Trust is a share-ware
I was really happy when I first heard "Trust is a shareware". It sounded like an early Elvis Costello, Nick Lowe or something from the record company "Stiff" in the late 70's. Perfect power pop that met the fate of a fourth single. /Sylvester

Deliver us from free will
During the last part of the summer of 2003 the papers were filled with stories about mad deeds, holy wars and German cannibals. The song is a feverish journey through a flipped out time o' the times. It was never released as a single in Sweden, but released in England when we toured with the Darkness./ Ola.

Absolutely no decorum
The same day I turned 30 "The worrying kind" bumped "Absolutely no decorum" from Tracks no 1 to 2nd place (popular radio show in Sweden, my comment) /Leari

The worrying kind
This song I fell for at once and really wanted it to be a single. At this time we were offered a place in the Swedish "Melodifestivalen" (qualifier for the Eurovision Song contest, my addition). Because of this song we accepted. So I got my single and a Melodifestival-winner. /Jepson

Prayer for the weekend.
This song reminds me of the first time I travelled in a limousine, a Tuesday night in Gävle. One of the promoters wanted to impress us and the only good point was that the radio played David Bowies "Young Americans". It symbolises, for me, as with "Prayer" a hunt for urban decadence and is an perfect fit for stretched cars in nowhere./Sylvester

Little Dysfunk You
This is probably the darkest single that we have ever released. Psychotic strings, a lyric that is every thing but butterly, to be rounded of with a "nanana"chorus. This paradox works for me. /Jens

Superstar
It gives me always a great joy to play guitar riffs. This is one of my favourites. It is so powerful to do this live./Jepson

Stay with me
We had the help of the symphonic orchestra in Gävle. Ola and I, as the only listeners heard this in their home arena. A powerful experience./Jens

The Apocalypse is over
In my mind the song takes place seconds before our last encore. We look back on our journey together from when we started until this very moment. /Ola
