| Forse qualcuno di voi ha visto il post nella home del sito ufficiale, io l'ho visto ieri sera, e ho chiesto una traduzione, visto che Google non ha fatto altro che confondermi di più le idee, e una ragazza disponibilissima (Anvariel) l'ha tradotto dallo svedese: CITAZIONE Here's a comment from our laywer concerning the past days comments about lawsuits:
The Ark's and several other artists' companies have been sued concerning different transfers between the companies. The reason for this situation is that Tambourine Studios, which have had the mission to handle the company's money, has without concent mixed the different companies' money. Neither The Ark nor the other bands have known about this. Like the other bands, The Ark now try to manage the situation with the help of accountants and laywers. The Ark also misses large amounts of money that have been borrowed to other companies without their concent and have given "me"[exchange for fancy word referring to the one writing the text here] the job of handling the legal matters. Naturally The Ark will do the right thing if it turns out that they are in debt. Likewise the band assumes that they will be paid for the demands that the band has according to the investigation. Lo traduco in italiano, per chi non è pratico di inglese: CITAZIONE Ecco un commento dal nostro avvocato, riguardante i commenti dei giorni scorsi sulla causa legale:
La compagnia dei The Ark e quelle di alcuni altre artisti, sono state citate a giudizio per alcuni trasferimenti fra alcune compagnie. La ragione di tutto questo è che i Tambourine Studios, che avevano il compito di gestire il denaro della compagnia, ha mischiato senza nessuno scrupolo il denaro fra le compagnie. Né gli Ark, né le altre bands sapevano nulla di questa cosa. Come le altre bands, i The Ark ora cercano di sistemare la situazione con l'aiuto di avvocati e contabili. I The Ark mancano anche di grandi somme di denaro che sono state prestate ad altre compagnie senza il loro permesso e hanno dato a "me" (è l'avvocato che scrive, ovviamente) il lavoro di gestire i problemi legali. Naturalmente i The Ark faranno la cosa giusta se verrà fuori che sono in debito. La band ovviamente presume che verrà risarcita di quanto dovuto, in accordo con i risultati dell'inchiesta.
Che altro aggiungere? E' una bella rottura di scatole, specie dopo che il cd è appena uscito e in previsione del tour estivo e di quello su più larga scala dell'autunno...ma speriamo che si risolva tutto per il meglio! |
